Finding my way

 Well ... let's see how this works.

I came back from Texas all fired up to chunk these !@#$% pounds ... finally ... to find that Sparks was shutting down as we know it.

I'm stumbling through the buttons here trying to feel my way around in total darkness.

I would like these blogs to be ... positive, productive and have a bit of fun along the way.

    OK, I found my way here... I see part of the problem is that you are on the default theme, and it doesn't have the menu prompt... go to "Visit Profile" and click on the "B" in the upper left hand corner... and choose "Theme" in the menu that drops down. Then scroll down until you find a background you like!

      Erm, I gained back within 2 lbs of my max 😳

      ...that’s a LOT of “fluff!” 😂. I might be in my happy range next year???

    Awesome theme background you chose! See? Now we can just pick up where we left off at Spark! I can't remember if you have or plan to use a food tracker... but a blog is such an essential to someone who processes her thoughts through her fingers on the keyboard!

      Gotta figure out how to make a ... reading list. More brain cells to use.

      I'm not big on food tracking ... but track minutes exercised.
